Who this level is for
The HSK 4→5 course is for students already at intermediate level who plan to pursue a Master's, PhD or career in China. HSK 5 unlocks Chinese-taught programmes at leading universities: Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan, Zhejiang University.
Academic and business focus
At this level we work with academic papers, business cases and media texts. You will master 2,500 characters, learn to write argumentative essays, give presentations and participate in academic discussions in Mandarin.
Mock tests and strategy
Regular full HSK 5 mock tests help you practise time management and identify weak areas. We break down strategy for each section: reading, listening and writing. Our graduates' average HSK 5 score is 220 out of 300.
