Public offer

1. Parties
VNM China Education (the "Provider") and an individual or their legal representative (the "Customer") who has accepted this public offer in accordance with section 9. The agreement is published at https://chinaedueasy.com and takes effect at the moment the Customer pays for one of the support tiers.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider delivers consulting and administrative support for the Customer's admission to higher-education institutions of the People's Republic of China under one of the tiers: Foundation, Advance, Full Support or CKGSB Premium. The list of services, price and time-frames for every tier are published on the /prices page and form an integral part of this offer.
3. Money-back guarantee
If none of the five universities agreed in the initial shortlist issues an official admission letter (Admission Letter / JW202) — provided the Customer supplied accurate and complete documents within the agreed deadlines — the Provider refunds 100 % of the Advance, Full Support or CKGSB Premium fee within 14 business days from the written claim. The Foundation tier is refunded at 50 %. Refunds are not issued when the Customer hides material information, submits forged documents or unilaterally cancels the application.
4. What is not included
- Tuition, dormitory and food payments at the chosen university.
- International flight cost for the Customer and accompanying persons.
- Notarisation, apostille and certified translation of documents in the Customer's home country.
- Government visa fees (X1/X2), consular service fees of PRC embassies.
- Mandatory medical examination and life insurance for the period of stay in China.
5. Time-frames
Foundation — up to 30 calendar days after payment is received. Advance — up to 90 calendar days. Full Support and CKGSB Premium — support continues until the Customer is enrolled at the university and obtains the Residence Permit on PRC territory.
6. Confidentiality
All materials provided by the Customer (personal data, document copies, academic transcripts, correspondence) are processed by the Provider solely for admission purposes and are never shared with third parties without the Customer's written consent, except where required by the legislation of the PRC and the Customer's country of residence. Personal-data processing is described in detail in the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
7. Provider's rights and obligations
The Provider undertakes to deliver the services included in the chosen package in good faith and on time, to inform the Customer of changes in application status and deadlines, and in particular to:
- Assign a personal curator to the Customer and register them in the internal CRM.
- Store originals and copies of the Customer's documents for the entire engagement and for at least 12 months thereafter.
- If a particular service cannot be reasonably delivered — notify the Customer in advance and offer an equivalent replacement or a partial refund.
- Not disclose information received from the Customer to any third party beyond what is required to file the application at the chosen university.
8. Customer's rights and obligations
The Customer undertakes to cooperate with the Provider for proper performance of the agreement, in particular:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete documents and information within the deadlines set by the curator.
- Respond promptly to the curator's requests and sign declarations, consents and powers of attorney issued by the Provider.
- Bear the costs of services not included in the package (section 4) and comply with PRC visa and immigration rules.
9. Acceptance of the offer
Unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Customer is the payment of the chosen tier through any of the methods available on the website (bank card, wire transfer, SBP, Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT). Once the payment is received by the Provider, the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer, and the Customer confirms that they have read and accept all of its provisions.
10. Liability of the parties
The Provider is liable for the quality and timeliness of the services within the limits of the package fee paid. The Provider is not liable for decisions of university admissions committees, actions of PRC consular authorities, changes in immigration legislation, or for the consequences of inaccurate documents or information supplied by the Customer. The Customer is liable for the accuracy of the documents provided and for self-paying any services outside the package.
11. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance caused by force-majeure circumstances: natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, acts of public authorities, blocking of payment systems, prolonged outages of internet providers or PRC postal services. The affected party notifies the other party of such circumstances within 5 business days.

13. Final provisions and contacts
All disputes are resolved through negotiations; failing that — in the court located at the place of the Provider's registration in accordance with the law of the PRC. The Provider may amend this offer unilaterally by publishing a new version at /legal/offer; for agreements already concluded, the version published at the moment of acceptance applies.
