Can I get a scholarship (grant)?

A scholarship is a competitive option, not a guaranteed part of admission. Age, education, language, citizenship, deadlines and funding scope must be checked against the specific programme and intake rules. The university or scholarship organisation makes the decision.

What if the scholarship isn't approved?

When applying, don't limit yourself to a single option. Beyond a full scholarship there are partial grants, university discounts, more affordable programs and alternative universities. A sensible strategy with several parallel applications keeps you from depending on a single decision.

What documents are needed for admission?

The standard package: passport, university application form, school certificate or diploma, transcript, photos, medical form for international students, motivation letter. For Master's and PhD — recommendation letters in addition; for PhD — a research proposal and academic CV. The exact list depends on the university and the program.

Do I need a notarised translation and apostille?

It depends on the country where the documents were issued and on each university's requirements. Not all documents need an apostille at the submission stage: sometimes a translation is enough, while originals or the apostille are requested later. Translation and notarisation are paid separately (including international shipping).

Is admission guaranteed?

No. Universities and scholarship organisations decide on admission and funding. VNM is responsible for the agreed document preparation and application work, not a third party’s decision. Payment and refunds for unprovided services are defined in the contract and Service Order; a rejection does not trigger an automatic refund.
