Full translation

I do not feel well today, so a friend goes with me to the hospital. It is inside the university campus, and we first look for the doctor. I fill in a form, while my friend helps me write the address. The doctor reads the form and asks how I feel. I say that I do not feel very well and want to rest. After the appointment, my friend and I take a taxi back to the dorm together. The story only describes the visit sequence and does not provide medical advice.
